A simple, clean and tidy small shop. People are very nice here. Came here by referring of a previous highly trust autoshop I used to go, for alignment after I changed tires. They did a good job, adjust the toes to help fix un-even tire wore out. They also provide a warranty. Drive on highway above 65mph, the car is a bit shaking and jittering. I went back to the shop, they help me scheduled another appointment to check alignment. Did a test drive and use the computer to adjust the alignment for free. After that, drives to 80mph is very smooth. unfortunately, after a day, the water bump got damaged. Not saying they are related. 4 star is for the first alignment not that perfect. I feel if you have a relatively new car, better go with computer auto-alignment.

Took my Mazda Miata here to get a sportier alignment and really happy with the results. The guys here were very honest with me the whole time. They even took the time to explain everything that was changed in the alignment and how it will effect the car. I can definitely feel a difference in the turn in. I'll definitely come back here in the future!

Just had the alignment inspection/adjustments performed on my Son's 2016 Honda Pilot. The technician noticed a slight vehicle "pull", the front tires were cross rotated and now the vehicle tracks straight. I had my 2012 Honda Accord alignment service performed as well last week. Great "old fashioned" service with tried and proven alignment equipment that's been around for decades. I'm totally satisfied with the services I received. I felt both welcomed and appreciated. The Service representative Johnny is phenomenal! I highly recommend Clarence Brown Alignment Service without reservation. You'll be treated like a real customer!

This is my number 8 visit in 12 years for 8 different Audi, BMW, and Mercedes cars and SUVs. This is still the best place for alignment. I have come to the conclusion that the dealers and other alignment shops only know how to use a machine, and they are at the mercy of its quality and tolerances. Here, the job is done correctly, according to the science, and mathematics. No one can touch my alignment even the best head mechanics at the dealership!It has to be done in this place. You drive a brand new car, out of factory, it is all over the place, after alignment in this place, it is ready for race tracks. Straight, solid, no tramlining (even with 325mm or 315mm width tires), and the tire wear is just perfect, exactly same everywhere.
